My child has special needs and I would like the tickets waiting at the resort when we arrive. is this possible?

    Hi Judy!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It looks like your trip is coming up soon! I'm sure you and your little Mousketeer are getting very excited.

If you're staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts and have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, the tickets will be linked to the MagicBands that you either received in the mail or will get when you check in your resort. If you aren't sure if your tickets are linked, please call 407-939-7523. They can assist you with that.

If you aren't staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you can check at your resort's front desk for any ticket services they provide. Otherwise, a quick visit to a Guest Relations booth at any of the Walt Disney World theme parks or Disney Springs will be your best bet.

If you purchased your tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app, you should have received an email confirmation with a bar code that can be scanned to enter the parks.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
