Hey there, Kristina. Welcome to
planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
Are you getting so excited about your upcoming
Walt Disney World vacation? It will be here before you know it. Hopefully, the countdown is on!
Kristina, from time to time park rules and regulations do get updated for the safety and well-being of all Guests. A few years back, this happened and stroller wagons were no longer permitted inside of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. They had become quite the problem with people tripping over them and whatnot. It was really getting out of hand. The new rule states that stroller wagons, of any kind, whether pushed or pulled are no longer permitted. However, your situation is quite different and I don't have an exact answer for you. But I can point you in the right direction. I'm recommending that you reach out to the
Services for Guests with Disabilities team directly with your question. You can email them at disability.services@disneyparks.com or call them at (407) 560-2547. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. each day. They are the ones that will be able to provide you with the most accurate information regarding your stroller situation. Also, they will more than likely have great suggestions for you if the stroller wagon will still be a no-go. This team does everything it can to ensure that all Guests have a great experience. I would suggest calling soon so that on the off chance you aren't able to bring your stroller wagon, you have time to plan and prepare a different option.
I hope this helps, Kristina. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Happy holidays!
Jackie H.
