I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some trouble with your daughter's park pass reservations. Tatianna, all Guests entering the Walt Disney World Theme Parks are required to have a
park pass reservation. What I would do is contact a Cast Member in Guest Relations to get this taken care of as soon as possible.
My favorite way to speak with a representative is via the chat system found within the
MyDisneyExperience app. If you don't have it downloaded to your smartphone device, I highly encourage you to do so. It's really helpful on a Walt Disney World vacation. What you'll want to do is open the app and sign in if prompted. Then, in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, you'll see three blue horizontal lines. Once you select that icon this will open up a navigational menu and you'll scroll down until you see the "Chat With Us" option. When you open up the chat what you'll want to do is briefly describe your situation. You'll then be placed within the chat queue. Sometimes a Cast Member is available to chat right away and other times it can be a few hours. What's great about the chat feature is you can actually exit that app and still be within the queue so you can go about your day. When a Cast Member is available to chat with you, you will receive a push notification letting you know to return to the chat window.
I think you'll have good luck using the chat function, Tatianna. I've had something similar to this happen to me before and a Cast Member was able to copy my daughter onto all of our preselected park pass reservations. Of course, that option might not be available at this time but I think the Cast Member helping you will be able to come up with a solution. I would however do this sooner than later. The closer it gets to the actual travel dates the harder it will be to copy her in on those reservations.
