Can my child that has egg, nut, and shellfish allergies travel on a Disney cruise?

    Hi James!
Welcome to the Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question regarding food allergies.

You'll be happy to know that Disney Cruise Line's attention to service and excellence certainly extends to food allergies and sensitivities. When you book your cruise, simply make DCL (or your travel agent) aware of the dietary restrictions for your child. Your request will be given to your dining service team, who will take care of you throughout your cruise. Once onboard, I suggest stopping by Guest Services to make sure that your requests are clear with everyone.

Disney Cruise Line has special procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination when preparing food for those with food allergies. The staff is wonderful about accommodating guests and making you feel comfortable and confident that meals will be safe for your child. Please feel free to ask questions and voice any concerns you may have once onboard - your dining team is happy to help!

Hope this helps - please come back and visit with any other questions you may have!
