I have a child with disabilities. What prof do I need to bring to get him a fast pass?

    Hi, Karina!

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope your family is getting excited for all the magic ahead at The Happiest Place on Earth!

Disney’s FASTPASS Service is a great tool to help you make the most of your time at the Disneyland Resort. Less time in queues means more time enjoying all the parks have to offer! Obtaining FASTPASS tickets is free and available to all theme park Guests. Simply visit the distribution area (generally located near the attraction entrance) for each attraction offering this service. Insert your valid admission ticket into the FASTPASS machine, and a FASTPASS ticket will be generated with your return time printed on it. For attractions, the return time will be a one-hour window, but for shows, you will receive a return time for a specific performance.

Furthermore, the Disability Access Service (DAS) Card system is designed to accommodate Guests who aren’t able to wait in a conventional queue due to a disability (including non-apparent disabilities). DAS Cards offer a return time for attractions based on the current wait time. As soon as the Guest (and his or her group) finishes one attraction, they can receive a return time for another. The DAS Card is distributed and customized according to the Guest’s specific needs and restrictions, which will be verbally discussed with a Cast Member. To inquire about obtaining one, visit City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park or the Guest Relations Lobby in Disney California Adventure Park.

The resort offers a whole host of tools to help make the parks accessible to as many Guests as possible, so please visit the Disneyland Resort website for more information about services for Guests with disabilities. I hope this information helps, Karina. Please feel free to ask me any other planning questions you may have as your vacation approaches!

    Wishing you magic,
