Can you use a child credit from the Disney Dining Plan as an adult? Me and my wife are going in September, and since we do not have a child, can we use the child table service for an adult. TIA

Thank you for once again returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Russell! The Disney Dining Plan is a carefree way to pay for your meals and leave your worry at home. Depending on which dining plan you choose, the plan credits will be loaded into your account based on the occupants of your Walt Disney World Resort reservation.

If you don’t have a child with you on the reservation when you purchase your Magic Your Way Vacation Package, then no child credits will be placed in your account. It will be adult credits for you and your wife based on your number of nights stay. The credits will be “pooled” so you can use them as quickly or slowly on your trip as you choose. If you see something on the children’s menu that you are craving, you can always ask your server for an adult portion (at an adult price) of a child’s dish; I’ve done this a few times because I simply adore all things Mac N Cheese! Otherwise, you cannot use a child credit as an adult.

If I can help you further plan your magical vacation please let me know. There are plenty of new restaurants around property that I think you will want to hear about! As Tigger says, TTFN, Ta Ta For Now! ~ Lindsey P.
