My child is autistic and we have questions about passes that you offer

    Hi there Rebecca,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question! I'm thrilled to hear that your family is planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.

The Disneyland Resort is for everyone and has an unwavering commitment to a welcoming and inclusive environment with accessible experiences for us Guests. I'd first recommend the Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities page as an amazingly helpful resource for planning your trip with your little Mouseketeer.

Specifically, I'd suggest looking into the Disability Access Service (DAS) during your trip! It's specifically intended for Guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in conventional queues. To access this service, you'll need to register with a Cast Member, so I would recommend trying to do that pre-arrival through the DAS Advance option. This can be done as soon as 30 days in advance of your visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival.

Additionally, if it would be helpful, there are quieter locations around the park that are available if your little one needs some downtime. You can download a list of all of these locations, but I wanted to specifically call out Mickey's Toontown

This land was recently re-imagined and will be so much fun for you and your little one to explore. It is extremely accessible with lots of fun activities, but in the back corner of the land - near the exit of Chip 'n' Dale's GADGETcoaster - is a park area that features quieter music, and has a darker overhang area for shade. We spoke a lot about the accessibility of Mickey's Toontown in our recent planDisney podcast episode, which I'll attach here to my answer. I hope it's helpful!

Thank you again for your question, Rebecca! I hope you have a fantastic visit to the Disneyland Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
