Hi there, Heather!
Welcome back to planDisney! There are two things that I absolutely love: Walt Disney World Resort and food. So, this mama of two little ones is more than happy to serve up an answer for you.
My family visits
Roundup Rodeo BBQ later this month, too, and I hope that my two boys will still be energized enough after a long day to enjoy this long-awaited meal. At table service restaurants that serve family-style meals, like this
Toy Story Land restaurant, all Guests aged 3 and older have to pay the full price no matter if they are wide awake or peacefully slumbering in Andy's Backyard. (The exception? Little ones aged 2 and under can eat for free here.)
Restaurants that are all-you-care-to-enjoy (buffets), character dining experiences, and dinner shows have this requirement as well. Currently, the price for kids to eat at Roundup Rodeo BBQ is less expensive than that of adults. You can
check out the menu on its dining webpage.
AN EXTRA GEM: For a restaurant that falls into any other category, table service and quick service alike, if your little Mouseketeer--or anyone in your party--doesn't eat, they will not need to pay. I definitely recommend trying to get their nap in before the meals because Disney food is scrumdiddlyumptious and not to be missed!
I hope that you have the most magical vacation! I personally can't wait to try those Prospector's Homemade Cheddar Biscuits. Come back to
visit me at planDisney to let me know how you liked your meal, Heather! (Well, revisit us if you have any further planning questions, too. Yeehaw!)
Magic always,
LeAndra
