Can a child with an annual pass from one parent use her pass with other parent who doesn’t have one?

Seasons Greetings, Miguel. Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests plan their upcoming Disneyland vacations by getting the answers to their questions.

You've brought us a great question! Disneyland can be a magical place for anyone and everyone. From a Guest entry standpoint, as long as the child has an active Magic Key Pass that has a current theme park ticket reservation for the day, they can visit the parks with anyone who also has a valid Magic Key Pass or ticket with theme park reservations for that day - with parent permission, of course. A child's Magic Key Pass is not attached to an adult Magic Key, however, the adult or Guest who is visiting with the child will need access to the child's Magic Key. This could be a screenshot of the Magic Key Pass or the parent with that information can share the Ticket ID number and the adult can link it to their Disney account through the Disneyland app to scan the child in.

There's so much magic in the parks and all throughout the Disneyland Resort right now during the holiday season. I love walking down Main Street, U.S.A., and getting a glimpse of the snow caps on Sleeping Beauty Castle. You won't want to miss the Winter Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty Winter Castle where you will get to watch the castle light up and then "snow" will fall.

Miguel, I hope this has answered your question. We are always here if you have any other planning questions.

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
