I sense the Force to be strong with you as your visit is right around the corner. Jane, you will be happy to hEAR that the Jedi Masters (Cast Members) do an incredible job when it comes to certain allergies or dietary needs.

My oldest Mouseketeer has a dairy allergy and anytime a Cast Member is unsure of the ingredients, they have always handed me the list of ingredients so I can also check for myself. Rest assured, that the Disneyland Resort does a great job with Special Dietary Requests. Since you will be in the parks, I recommend stopping by Guest Relations to see if they can help generate a list of quick-service locations that will be a safe option for you and your family.

Many restaurants, including quick-service locations, do offer an allergy-friendly menu. You can look at those menus online through the Disneyland mobile app. Simply type the restaurant name in the search bar to view their menu.
