     Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah Marie. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question!

     It sounds like you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. How exciting! As much as I love experiencing the theme parks with my kids, I do enjoy some adults-only time during our vacations. We used to rely on the Children's Activity Centers, but unfortunately, they've closed. Not to fret, though! Captain Hook's Pirate Crew is the newest kids-only experience at the Walt Disney World Resort, and it sounds like a ton of fun. Offered nightly at Seaside Retreat in Disney's Beach Club Resort, Captain Hook's Pirate Crew is available from 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM. Kids, or rather, Captain Hook's new recruits, receive an official pirate name, participate in games and activities, and then enjoy a pirate's feast of kid-friendly fare. Reservations can be made by calling (407) 824-KIDS or (407) 824-5437. 

     If you are interested in a longer evening out, you may want to consider an in-room babysitter through Kids Nite Out or Extra Hands. These Orlando-based childcare services are super convenient and very reliable!
