Hi Matthew!
Welcome to planDisney! Oh Boy, you're asking about one of my favorite topics - Disney dining! I like to say that Disneyland Resort offers so many great food options, from snacks to sit-down fancy dinners, that Disneyland should call itself an
Eat Park, too!
I love the wonderfully playful options served at
Goofy's Kitchen. I'm happy to report that yes, breakfast chicken is still an option at this beloved breakfast buffet. Due to global supply issues, you might actually find either chicken nuggets or chicken tenders, but as William Shakespeare once said "'Tis what a chicken tender if not a large nugget?" or something like that. You'll also find the classic
Disney Parks Breakfast buffet lineup, like Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, made-to-order omelets, and so much more. But I'm so excited that Chef Goofy is still serving up his famous specialties like macaroni & cheese scrambled eggs and, my favorite, the peanut butter and jelly pizza!
Pro Tip: It sounds like your Mouseketeers are chicken nugget connoisseurs just like my own mini Mickey. If the grownups in your group want to dine at a specific
table-service Disney dining location that doesn't have this picky eater staple on its kid's menu, you're absolutely allowed to bring an outside order of chicken nuggets (or chicken fingers) in with you. I like to place a
Mobile Food and Beverage Order that I pick up on the way to the dining reservation. These are the following
quick-service dining locations that participate in Mobile Ordering and that have your children's favorite chicken on their menus: Flo's V8 Cafe, GCH Craftsman Grill, The Golden Horseshoe, Hungry Bear Restaurant, Red Rose Taverne, Smokejumpers Grill, Stage Door Café, and Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill. (Bonus Pro Tip:
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge has a chicken finger-like option, the Fried Endorian Chicken Tip-Yip, that's really out of this world!)
I hope this helped to plan your Best! Breakfast! Ever! Matthew! Be sure to follow the
