How do I get to Chef's Mickey in Disney's Contemporary resort from Epcot?

Hello Adyana, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am excited to hear that you will be dining at one of my favorite restaurants, Chef Mickey’s.  This is also one of my favorite Character Dining experiences too. It is one of the few places where you can meet the “Fab 5.” Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, and your Chef, Mickey Mouse will be in attendance to enhance your dining experience. Keep in mind that characters scheduled to appear are always subject to change. I love dining here because the food is scrumptious and the characters come right to your table. No need to wait in line with your autograph book and camera, each character will make their way to see you!

In order to get from Epcot to Chef Mickey’s I would recommend taking the most direct route and that is by monorail. You would board the monorail that leaves Epcot for the Transportation and Ticket Center. Once you arrive there, you would want to board the Resort Monorail and get off at the fourth stop at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Hotel. I would allow about 45 minutes to an hour for this complimentary transportation.

You could always use Disney’s Minnie Van service. Even though this is a paid service through the Lyft app, drivers are Disney Cast Members and would take you directly from Epcot to Disney’s Contemporary Resort Hotel. No matter which option you chose, you will have a great meal and a good time at Chef Mickey’s.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
