In Chefs de Paris, I understand Remy comes around 4 times a day. Do they have a set schedule for this or is it just a hit or miss when you make reservations? Not the first time I came to you folks, thus I appreciate all your help in perparing for March!

    Hi Jeff!

My colleagues and I are always happy to answer all your Disney vacation planning questions. Thanks for returning for more answers!

The "Little Chef" Remy, from Disney's Ratatouille, has been making the rounds at Les Chefs de France in Epcot for quite some time now. If you time your Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) just right, you might be able to see him there. He appears Monday through Saturday at approximately the following times: 12:30 p.m., 1:40 p.m., 2:50 p.m, and 5:20 p.m. Remy will only travel through the restaurant once during each of his appearance times. Please be sure to book your ADR by calling (407) WDW-DINE or reserve online. If you happen to see Remy during your meal at Les Chefs de France, tell him I say "Hola!"

Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you, Enjoy a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
