    Is Chef Remy still making apprearances at Les Chefs de France? We made dinner reservations at 5:20 on March 30,2012.

    Hi there Crystal! We have Ratatouille movie fans here in our family too!

    I called Les Chefs de France directly at (407) 827 5032 to confirm Chef Remy's typical appearance times and was informed he can be seen 5 afternoons a week at: 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 and 5:20. On Sundays and Mondays, Remy spends time at home with his colony thinking up fresh, inspired dishes to prepare at work.

    Since March 30th is a Friday, you should be able to experience this delightful rodent in action. However, I would recommend double-checking the Times Guide when you enter Epcot and perhaps arriving a little early for your advanced dining reservation so that you're seated in plenty of time to catch the performance.
