    How do I get to Chef Mickey’s if I’m not staying on property?

    Hi Catlyn! Welcome to planDisney.

    I am so excited to read you are currently immersed in The World's Most Magical Place on Earth. I hope you stay late into the evenings to enjoy the return of two fan-favorite nighttime spectaculars. Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Mickey's dream between good and evil closes out the night with Fantasmic! and Happily Ever After is back at Magic Kingdom Park.

    While I am not sure of your starting point to head on over to Chef Mickey's, your destination is Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you happen to be in the theme parks, head on over to resort transportation and hop on a bus or the monorail. You do not need to be a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Guest to use Walt Disney World® Resort Transportation. If you are staying off-property, you can take your own vehicle or rideshare. You will need to show proof of your dining reservation at the security gate. I recommend having it open on your phone to speed up the process.

    When using Walt Disney World® Resort Transportation, be sure to allow ample time to reach your destination. You will want to allow some time to enjoy Disney's Contemporary Resort. The lobby is filled with historic Disney pictures and adorned with murals created by Mary Blair. Be sure to find the five-legged goat.
