    We are going to Chef Mickey for breakfast on January 4th at the Contemporary. This is outside the Magic Kingdom correct? We have 2 days only, no park hopper and want to visit M Kingdom 1/3 and Animal Kingdom 1/4.

    Wow, it is so awesome that you have a Walt Disney World vacation planned for the start of 2018! I love eating at Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort and breakfast there is simply amazing! Yes, Disney's Contemporary Resort, where Chef Mickey's is located, is outside the Magic Kingdom Park so it will not require a theme park ticket to dine there. Disney's Contemporary Resort is within walking distance from the Magic Kingdom Park (about a 5 to 10 minute walk) or a short Monorail ride away from Magic Kingdom Park. After your Chef Mickey's breakfast, you can take a ride on the Monorail and do a loop around the Seven Seas Lagoon if you have time (the Monorail is free for all Walt Disney World Guests). Also you can get on a Disney bus that is heading to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park right at Disney's Contemporary Resort after your Chef Mickey's breakfast. I hope that your January 2018 Walt Disney World vacation is truly amazing!
