    When checking into a WDW resort room reserved under an AP rate, must you have the actual AP in hand or is an online voucher just as good? I read you can now buy them at concierge, but the plastic tickets are having issues. Thanks SO much!

    Hello Michelle!

    In order to qualify for the Annual Passholder Rate, you must present proof of holding the Annual Pass.  We have been able to show the voucher at check-in in the past, but some Cast Members will ask for you to return at some point during your vacation and present the actual pass for verification.  Either way, you'll be good to go!
