Checking into a WDW resort around 7pm 1 night and then checking out the following day. Refill. mug works how? 24 hrs (like 7pm-7pm) or do I need to purchase it the day I depart in the morning so I have it all day? Want to just pay the $8.99. Days or hours?

Hello, Maegen!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The refillable mug, in my opinion, is a great value for your money and makes a great souvenir to take home with you.  If you are only going to be using the mug the day you depart, you will need to purchase it that day.  The expiration runs from 12a.m.-11:59p.m. daily.   I was just there a few months ago and arrived after 11:00p.m. and was so thirsty that I did not want to wait till the following day to purchase my mug. Even though there was less than an hour left on the day, I still had to purchase the mug for that whole day.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask us.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
