Hey Denise!
I hope you're having a wonderful day. Welcome to planDisney! I'm thrilled to help you with your Walt Disney World Resort planning. It's so special to join you on this magical journey. I know every detail matters, so let's dive into your question!
As someone who always books in advance and is constantly on the lookout for ways to save on my magical adventures, this question is right up my alley! I consider myself an expert at maximizing the magic while saving money because what's more magical than a little extra money in your pocket? If you see a promotion that fits your dates,
call Disney to speak with a Cast Member, and they can apply those savings to your existing reservation. I recommend doing this as soon as possible, since promotions are subject to availability.
I see you're arriving in January. Be sure to check out the
International Festival of the Arts, which starts the day after you arrive on January 15, 2027! It's one of my favorites. I always encourage Guests to research the menus for all the delicious treats and drinks available. With so many options, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Making a list of must-try items can help you make the most of your visit. I also recommend taking time to marvel at the beautiful artwork on display. It's a family tradition to purchase one special piece each year. I love that you can meet the artist and even have them sign your artwork after you buy it. I did this last year, and it's now one of my favorite pieces in my office!
Bonus tip for budgeting: I love visiting local retailers that offer promotions on
Disney Gift Cards. I'll purchase one and designate it specifically for food, merchandise, or my Disney Resort hotel room fee. This helps me stick to my budget and avoid overspending. Plus, with many locations on property going cashless, having gift cards makes transactions even easier.
Denise, I hope this information has helped! Please come back and visit me if you have any other questions.
