Hi Stephanie, welcome to planDisney!
One of my favorite parts of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is
Disney dining. It's nice having someone else remind my kids to eat their vegetables at
50's Prime Time Café at Disney's Hollywood Studios and life is the bubbles under the sea at
Coral Reef Restaurant in EPCOT.
Congratulations on securing an advanced dining reservation for your upcoming visit. When checking in for a dining reservation in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you are asked to select the number of adults and children/infants that will be dining. As part of this "Party Mix" selection process, it lists the number of Guests included in your reservation and the statement, "you may add up to one additional Guest." This is good news for your party, as you do not have to make any modifications to your current reservation if you decide to add one person. The restaurant check-in process also allows you to request high chairs and booster seats, let the restaurant know about mobility accessibility requirements, make dietary requests, and state if you're celebrating a special occasion. Checking in for reservations was a seamless process during a recent family visit, and I hope you are similarly impressed with the added convenience.
Be sure to visit planDisney again soon with any other trip-planning questions.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
