We will be checking out of Port Orleans Riverside and heading over to Ohana for breakfast before leaving for home. Should we drive our car to the Polynesian or take bus transportation? I have heard that parking is limited, and valet may be the only option.

    Hi Jennifer!

Oooooh - your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is officially less than a month away now. You must be getting oh so excited! Have you already mapped out all of the Incredible eats your family is going to try in Magic Kingdom Park's Tomorrowland?

We must be twin vacation planners because I stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside at the beginning of this month, and we also ate at 'Ohana one morning! My group was four best-mom-friends plus our five children (all age 3 and under), so we decided it was best if we drove everywhere because corralling kids + strollers + gear when out numbered was too much to attempt on a bus. When we arrived at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for our breakfast reservation, the security guard Cast Member scanned one of our MagicBands to confirm our reservation and we were happily allowed into the parking area where we found plenty of spaces. I agree that the three deluxe 'monorail loop' hotels have smaller parking lots than the moderate and value hotels. However, those with confirmed dining reservations will always be accommodated.

Should you decide that you'd still like to take Disney's Resort Bus Transportation to breakfast, your fastest option would be to take the bus that goes to the Ticket and Transportation Center as there is a short walkway between the TTC and the Polynesian.

We'll See You Real Soon, Jennifer!
