What if you are checking in about 9:30 pm. Any problem

Hi Linda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

It's time for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Hooray! I know you are going to have a wonderful visit.

Whether you are checking in for your Disney Resort hotel stay early, midday or late, the Front Desk will be staffed and ready to assist you! There is always a Cast Member available to help Guests check-in no matter the hour. If you have completed Online Check-In, you may even get your room number sent to you via text message and can head straight to your room and unlock your door with your MagicBand. This is super convenient, especially for late arrivals who are tired from a day of travel!

If you are using Disney's Magical Express and your flight arrives at 9:30 p.m., you should still be all set to go! For flights arriving between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., you can still use Disney's Magical Express for transportation, but you have to claim your own bags at baggage claim. But for a 9:30 p.m. arrival time ... no worries! You can still have Disney's Magical Express retrieve your luggage and transport it to your Disney Resort hotel room. Just keep in mind that it will be pretty late when you receive your suitcases.

Enjoy your magical vacation, Linda! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
