Hi! I am checking in to the Pixar hotel this week for 2 nights. What will the incidental hold be? How much is parking?

Hello there, Cecilia! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy you stopped by with some last-minute planning questions!

I am thrilled to see that you are days away from your Disneyland vacation! The Pixar Place Hotel is so bright and full of Disney charm. I love all the Pixar-themed details in the rooms. When you check into the hotel, you will have a $250 incidental hold placed on the card you provide. For parking, Pixar Place Hotel offers self-parking for $45 (plus tax) per night per vehicle. These prices are subject to change, but are the most up-to-date at the time of writing this. I recommend using the Direct-to-Room Service option in the Disneyland app before your arrival, where you can add your credit card information, preferences, and more. Then, you can drop your bags and hit the parks with the convenience of having a push notification let you know when your room is ready.

Did you know that not only can you access the parks through the Downtown Disney District entrances located near the hotel, but you are also able to enter Disney California Adventure Park with a special entrance just for hotel Guests? This will put you right near Pixar Pier! You will also get to enjoy The Sketch Pad Café in the hotel. I have heard nothing but great things about the convenient to-go options, like the coffee options and the overnight oats. Easy options are always the way to go when you are trying to get to rope drop!

Cecilia, the magic awaits! I hope you have the most wonderful time!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
