I am Checking in under my name but my reservation was gifted to me by a client who paid for it. I simply Used his card to reserve and pay for the room - but all the check in info is under my name. He will not be with us - do I need any of his info?

Welcome to planDisney, Teresa! Thanks so much for sending us your question.

Oh boy! You are arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth tomorrow! What a generous and magical gift you have received!! Because your name is on the reservation, you should be fine at the time of check-in and shouldn't need any of your client's information. It sounds like this has been paid for in full, so you will only need to provide a credit card upon check-in for estimated incidental expenses. This is just an authorization hold and you will only be charged for what you actually spend.

Staying at a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel is especially magical and I recommend planning to spend some time enjoying the amenities that your resort offers. If you're going to the theme parks or Disney Springs, you can also enjoy complimentary resort transportation.

I'm wishing you a wonderful vacation and I hope you have so much fun during The World's Most Magical Celebration!

Please visit us again at planDisney! We're always happy to help.
    Smiles,
    Lisa
