    Just checking that the meal plan can only be purchased if you stay on Disney Property? Thank you. We are staying at the Disney Friendly Radisson at Celebration right outside the park.

    Unfortunately you are correct, Cathy.  Disney's dining plans are only available to guests staying in a Disney-owned and operated resort.  I'm sorry to be the bearer (or rather, confirmer) of bad news but I hope that clears things up for you.  Have a most magical trip!
