Checking in on June 1st. I know room requests are not guaranteed, but my wife dislocated her knee last month, she still wants togo on vac. but she needs to be on ground floor. If this requset isn't granted what are our options?

    Hi Brad,

I hope your wife is feeling better and is not in much pain.

Requests aren't guaranteed but with a medical condition the resorts will really try to accommodate your request.   You can call ahead to your resort prior to arrival and explain that it would be helpful to have a ground floor room.  The other option is if there are no rooms available on the ground floor that you could request a room closest to the elevator.

If you need to rent a wheelchair while you are at Walt Disney World, HERE is more information.

Wishing your wife a very speedy recovery-have a wonderful vacation!!!
