    Checking in to Fort Wilderness Campground in 38 days. We have a preferred campsite close to the marina. I know water launch to MK. But I need to know the best ways to get to the other 3 parks. Especially, AK at park opening. Can you help me? Thanks!

    Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Allison! You’ll love the ease of the complimentary transportation around Walt Disney World Resort. 

    You are correct that the best way to Magic Kingdom from Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort would be by boat, but as for the other parks, I would recommend the bus transportation. Buses begin running 45 - 60 minutes before park opening (this includes Extra Magic Hours) but if you are attempting to be present at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for rope drop in order to access Pandora- the world of Avatar at opening, you may want to consider taking a Lyft or UBER. I have taken this route a few times if I want to be extra early for an attraction or have dining reservations before the buses start running to Resorts and parks.
