Hi there, We are checking into the Fort Wilderness Cabins this upcoming Thursday (1/12). Is there still time to order groceries to be in our room for check in? If so, is there an updated form? The only one I can find is from 2019. Thank you!

    Howdy Melanie! Welcome to planDisney.

You are headed into the American frontier this week at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Immerse yourself in this 750-acre forested retreat at Walt Disney World Resort. Make sure to visit Cinderella's horses and ponies at Tri-Circle-D Ranch. You can even go for a pony ride. These rides are available on a walk-up basis near Frontier Hall.

The last grocery order form I can personally locate shows the last update of 2019. The Cast Member I spoke to said you can verify this with the Disney Resorts Hotel Reservation Help Center. This form needs to be received by the resort no later than three business days before arrival. If you are considering this service, I advise you to get it in by tomorrow, Monday, January 9, 2023. Email the completed form to A service fee will be applied to your order. Groceries will be delivered to your cabin after 5:00 PM on the date of check-in.

Alternatively, you can also use various third-party grocery delivery services. Please address your order as follows:

The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort
Guest (primary guest name) arrival (date of arrival)
    4510 North Fort Wilderness Trail
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-8415

Bell Services will receive your items and even store your cold items. Please note, they will not receive any items that require age verification such as alcohol. Items could be delivered to your cabin for a small fee as well.

    Keeping it Magical,
