Since I will be checking in fairly late, I was hoping to do online check-in and possibly bypass the line at the front desk. How will I get a parking permit for my car though?

    Hi Martha!

Thanks for your question. I love the Online Check-In feature Disney offers, to where we can skip the Front Desk altogether, have our MagicBands activated, and head straight to our resort room (if the room is ready by time we arrive). It's nice to have the option of doing this pre-trip too, another way Disney offers its guests the most seamless experience imaginable. They want the magic for you to begin the second you set foot on premises! :-)

Unfortunately, even though your MagicBands will be activated for room entry, theme parks, and/or the Disney Dining Plan (if purchased), you will still at some point need to go to the Front Desk to get your parking pass. The good news is you have the option on the first day to do this at your convenience, perhaps when the Front Desk lines are not very long, you can quickly jump in, get your pass, and be on your way to the time of your life!

May you have the most magical time at Disney World!
