We are checking into the Disneyland Hotel on June 5, 2018 and will be staying for 5 days. This is my first visit to Disneyland and I am so excited. When making my restaurant reservations, do I have to make them one day at a time?

Howdy, Carol! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Disneyland Hotel is my favorite hotel and I know you will love it too! The décor is elegant with a special touch of Disney charm including the amazing lighted headboards in every room. Additionally, the pools here are spectacular and have something for everyone. The on-site dining options are also top-notch and provide everything from snacks and libations to a character meal and fine dining. The Disneyland Hotel really does have it all!

Speaking of dining, reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. So, you will indeed make reservations one day at a time as each of your travel dates hits the 60-day mark. Making dining reservations as soon as you are able is especially important for any character meals or special dining packages. These tend to have limited space available and fill up fast. You can make reservations online, using the Disneyland app, or by calling (714) 781-3463. Since you are a Disneyland Resort Hotel Guest, you can take advantage of preferred reservation access if you end up having trouble finding a table. A limited number of reservations are set aside especially for hotel Guests. Simply call the aforementioned number and select the option for Guests with an existing room reservation and a Cast Member will help you out.

If your schedule allows it, make time to stop in to the zany and fun Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar for a drink and a quick bite to eat. It is located in the pool area of the Disneyland Hotel and reservations are not accepted. But if you can grab a table or a seat at the bar, you definitely won’t be disappointed!

    Happy planning!
