I've been checking the Dine with an Imagineer reservations site and called WDW-Dine to make reservations but have had no luck getting in. They said on the phone that reservations may not be open yet, but it's less than 180 days already. What should I do?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Caleb!

I had the opportunity to Dine with an Imagineer last year.  It was so amazing to be able to sit down with someone who had actually worked on some great Disney projects and attractions and be able to ask them questions.  I felt like they actually breathed life into them brought the attractions to life and I guess in a sense, they actually did.

There are two locations to Dine with An Imagineer:  The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios (offered at lunch) and The Flying Fish Cafe at Disney's BoardWalk (offered at dinner).  Their schedules vary and unlike other dining experiences, they don't always open up the window for reservations 180 days in advance.

While I love making Advanced Dining Reservations online, this is one experience I think you'll have more luck when contacting 407-WDW-DINE by phone.  I've had a lot of Cast Members tell me they don't always get advanced notice of when reservations are going to open up.  Don't get discouraged.  Keep trying.

Please feel free to visit with all of your planning questions. We hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
