Hi. I’ve been checking details for my booking. Can I check the 2025 quick service dining plan All Star Movies, does this include a refillable cup? what’s the best way to get food/snacks ordered for the room. My boyfriend is type1 and need to balance meals

Hi Laura and welcome back to planDisney!

How very exciting that you're planning a Summer trip to my favourite holiday destination - Walt Disney World! If you and your boyfriend are anything like me and my family, you'll no doubt already be excitedly counting down the days until you arrive? We can't wait to be back at "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"

From reading your question, Laura, it sounds as though you might have taken advantage of the Free Dining and Drinks offer for travel in 2025 which was available to book, here in the UK, from 18 April - 7 November 2024.

As part of this promotion, if you selected to stay at a Value Resort Hotel (including Disney's All-Star Movies Resort), you would receive 1 x free Quick-Service Meal (including 1 x free Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal) per person, per night of your stay.

If it helps, I, myself, took advantage of this deal and can tell you that when I log into my own My Disney Experience app, under details, in the Hotel Reservations section, it states "DR Hotel Pkg with Quick Meal DP".

This is different to the Quick-Service Dining Plan which includes 2 x Quick-Service Meals, 1 x Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal, 1 x selected Snack or Drink for each night of your stay plus, a Resort-Refillable Mug.

If you are unsure at all, Laura, I would recommend contacting the company who you have booked your package with, for confirmation of exactly what is included.

In terms of obtaining food/snacks to keep in your room, Donald's Double Feature, the shop at your Resort Hotel, will sell packaged snacks, such as crisps, chocolate bars, individually wrapped small cakes, bread, fruit, drinks, etc. You will also find snacks, bakery items, bottled drinks etc at the World Premiere Food Court.

Other alternatives would be to use a ride-share service to visit a local supermarket which is what my family do during each and every visit or, my fellow UK panelist and friend, Sue, regularly places grocery orders to be delivered to her Disney Resort Hotel on her arrival day. I know that she uses a Company called Garden Grocer but there are others.

I hope that this has answered your questions. Please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further assistance with the planning of your Summer trip - you can even ask me a question directly if you would like to do so.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!

    Emma
