We're checking in 2 days prior to extended family to a separate room at a disney resort. I want to book lightning lanes at the 7 day early mark. Can I book our first 2 days then 2 days later book the rest of the week for both parties.

Season's Greetings, Christopher! Looks like you'll be celebrating Christmas at the Most Magical Place on Earth this year; I'm ho-ho-hoping you have the best vacation ever and make the most magical memories!

Christopher, Lightning Lane passes are a great strategy for reducing wait times and planning ahead to experience your favorite attractions, especially during the busy holiday season. As a guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you are eligible to start making your advance selections up to 7 days ahead of your check-in; since you are traveling with others who will not be eligible at the same time as you, you are more than welcome to book the first few days of your vacation at the 7-day mark and then the rest of your selections as a complete party once the other members of your family are eligible. All advance selections can be made starting at 7 AM on the day of eligibility directly in your My Disney Experience mobile app. Make sure ahead of your eligibility window that all members of your travel party are linked together in your Family & Friends List and that everyone's theme park tickets and park reservations (if required) have been made ahead of time so you'll be ready to go when it's time to make your purchase!

Christopher, I'm trying out Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass for the first time this week; I found the booking process to be quick and easy, and I was able to go back and purchase additional passes for later days as my plans merged with friends who will also be visiting this week. I am sure you will find the process to be the same, but if you have any other questions about your planning, come on back and let us know!

Before I let you go, Christopher, I'd love to share a little holiday lagniappe with you! Since you'll be visiting during Christmas week, you'll have a rare opportunity to see Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show at Magic Kingdom Park! This nighttime show is currently an exclusive offering during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but from December 21, 2024 through December 29, 2024, it will be lighting up the skies over Cinderella Castle nightly at 8 PM. And what are the holidays without some seasonal sweets and treats? The Disney Parks Blog has recently released details about seasonal snacks available at the Disney Resorts, so be sure to plan ahead for all the delicious snacks you'll want to sample!

I hope you enjoy your holiday visit, all the best snacks, and shorter wait times using Lightning Lanes, Christopher! We'll see you real soon!

    Happy Holidays,
    Alison
