Hi! I've been checking daily to get difficult ADR's. I was able to get a Tusker House res. @ 10:40am but my kids don't usually eat that late and they'll be starving. If we show up early, what are the chances that they will seat us early? Thanks

    Hi Jennifer:

I think you have been using the correct strategy to keep checking for your preferred advance dining reservations.  Cancellations happen, and it's always great to be able to take advantage of one.  It doesn't hurt to show up early to the restaurant to see if they can accommodate you early provided that you are prepared they are not able to accommodate your request.  It's really impossible to guess the chances of the restaurant being able to seat you early. If Disney is able to accommodate your request, say due to last-minute cancellations, they will be happy to do so.  However, if Disney is not able to accommodate your request, you may end up stuck with some hungry children.  If that's the case, you may want to have a back up plan, like feeding your kids a light snack early in the morning.  For my kids, being distracted enjoying rides and attractions is a great way for them to forget they are hungry.

Good luck and enjoy your vacation.
