We are checking into CS on 11/12, and I'm confused about the pros/cons of each section. They give you the option to request "Ranchos, or Cabanas" I've also been told to request to be near El Centro. It's such a large place, I don't know what to

    Dara:

I just toured Coronado Springs Resort last week in anticipation of a trip there next June. In my opinion, the resort is no larger than the other moderate resorts, Port Orleans: Riverside and Caribbean Beach Resort. If the weather forecast predicts warm enough weather for swimming, a room in the Ranchos section puts you near the pool. Preferred rooms will be a little more expensive and put you in the buildings close to El Centro. If the forecast calls for rain, I'd pay for the upgrade. Personally, I like the Casitas buildings because of their fountain courtyards but the Cabanas run a close second, and they would be my choice.

Otherwise, there are four bus stops that service the resort, in fact, you can take them to El Centro which is Stop 1 and the last stop before the buses head to the parks.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
