Hi. I am checking into Copper Creek Villa Saturday and then moving to Boardwalk on Monday. I am having snacks and water delivered from Amazon Fresh to Cooper Creek. If I put in a bag, will they transfer my food and water with my luggage with split stay?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Kristen!

Welcome Home, and thanks for moseying by planDisney with your excellent question. How exciting that you are getting the best of two worlds with a split stay at two of my favorite Disney Vacation Club Resorts.  Don't you just love how Disney Vacation Club always gives you a home away from home, wherever you wander and wherever you roam?

Kristen, we also love to order our bare necessities to our Disney Vacation Club Resort Villa, as it certainly helps my cubs have less of a growl when they arise from hibernating overnight and can enjoy some honey-flavored cereal.  So I understand how important it is to keep all of those groceries when you are relocating between Resorts.

I called Member Services to confirm, and I learned at this time, you can pack up non-perishable food items in a bag and have it transferred with your luggage from one Resort to the next for your split stay. However, if you have any perishable or refrigerated items, unfortunately, these can't be transferred.  I learned that refrigerated items and medicines are not things that Bell Services can transfer for you at this time.  But, any cupboard items that don't require refrigeration can be moved for you, but just be sure to package them up and put them with your luggage.

Now when you arrive to Disney's BoardWalk Inn & Villas, you can stop by Screen Door General Store right on the BoardWalk to grab any quick refrigerated food items like milk that you may need.  There are a few additional supplies there as well should you need to restock anything for your new Villa. While you are there, I recommend grabbing a Mickey-shaped rice-krispie treat to go.

I hope this is helpful for you, Kristen. If you have any additional questions about your upcoming stay, please message me back here at planDisney and I will be most happy to help you!

    Happy trails,
    Keri
