I am checking into the cabins at Ft.Wilderness tomorrow. Do I get the early admittance to the Magic Kingdom as other guests do? Also, what time does the boat begin running Friday to take me to the Magic Kingdom?

Welcome back to planDisney, Patty! The final countdown is on until you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm happy to answer your last burning questions so that you're all set and ready to go tomorrow morning.

Patty, I'm pleased to tell you that The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are part of the Disney Resorts Collection, and guests staying there are eligible to enter the Theme Parks 30 minutes early every morning. Even on the morning you check in, you are welcome to arrive at Magic Kingdom Park early and enjoy some attractions before the Theme Park opens. Early Theme Park Entry is available for Resort Hotel guests every morning at each of the four Theme Parks, so be sure to take advantage of that awesome perk while you're on vacation!

A relaxing boat ride is one of my favorite modes of transportation at Walt Disney World Resort, so I think it's a great idea to take a boat to Magic Kingdom Park from your cabin in the morning. The Green Launch runs back and forth between Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground and Magic Kingdom Park all day, beginning around 7:30 a.m. This time is subject to change, so be sure to double-check at the dock when you arrive. This gives you plenty of time to get to the Theme Park for Early Entry, so I'm glad to hear that you're planning on using this magical mode of transportation.

    Have a magical day, Patty!
