Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question. It sounds like your last day at
Walt Disney World Resort will be incredible! I love spending every last minute of our vacation in a Theme Park, it makes it feel like we are getting the most out of our time together.
Once you are ready to check out, simply bring your luggage down to Bell Services and they will store your luggage until you are ready to head home. The luggage area is secure, and you will be given tags to show the Cast Member when you pick up your luggage at the end of the day. While I know the area is off limits to guests and is secure, I like to bring a small bag to the Theme Park on my last day so that I know my valuables, such as our passports and tickets stay with me at all times.
Another option would be to call down to Bell Services from your Resort Hotel Room and a Cast Member will collect your bags and bring them to the storage area at the front of your Resort Hotel. When you are ready to head home, simply return to Bell Services and a Cast Member will retrieve your luggage for you.
While at
Disney's Animal Kingdom, I highly recommend visiting the
Animation Experience at Conservation Station. Cast Members teach guests how to draw a Disney character while explaining fun facts about animation and the history of animation. My daughter and I love this experience, and as someone who is not artistic I cherish my drawings, the Cast Member is always able to bring out the artist in me.
