Aloha Wayne and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
On those days I do not have plans to visit a theme park, I love traveling throughout the Walt Disney World Resort exploring different types of
complimentary transportation. The
Disney Skyliner is the perfect way to add pixie dust and fun to your day by cruising around in beautiful aerial gondolas. The system connects EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios to select Disney Resort hotels, and the station located at International Gateway at EPCOT allows for convenient access to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort and the entertainment options at Disney’s BoardWalk.
When you arrive at the Disney Skyliner station at International Gateway at EPCOT, your only option to access the
Monorail will be by entering the park and walking all the way up to the Main Entrance. If your Disney Resort hotel offers a Disney Skyliner station, a great way to get to
‘Ohana is by traveling to Disney's Hollywood Studios and then hopping on a bus to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort where the restaurant is located. In case your Disney Resort hotel offers bus transportation only, I recommend traveling to Magic Kingdom Park and taking the Resort Monorail to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
Wayne, please note that during the
reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort many dining experiences may be modified and some locations, including ‘Ohana, will be temporarily unavailable. Keep that in mind as you plan your visit and don’t forget to check for
dining updates. In addition, monorails may be operating with modified service and routes, so during your visit I recommend checking first with a Cast Member to be sure that this is the best transportation option for you.
Thank you so much for sending another question our way! I hope this helps you while planning and that you come back to visit us real soon!
Best Disney wishes,
Thiana
