If check-in time is 4pm, how do people get their Park Hopper tickets and meal plan cards if we plan to arrive at noon on our first day? Does the resort give us those tickets upon arrival or only at check in?

Hello, Josee!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

No worries!  When you arrive on your first day, you are more than welcome to check-in.  Your room is not guaranteed until 3:00 p.m., but you will be able to receive your Keys to the World which will include your Park Hopper Tickets and your Disney Dining Plan.  Trust me, Disney wants you to begin your MAGICAL vacation!

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to help our guests plan the vacation of a lifetime.  May your Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories!
