I understand you have an upcoming stay at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel. It sounds like you have utilized the
Direct-to-Room Service, which allows you to go directly to your hotel room via the
Disneyland App.
If you believe that you won't be able to make it to your reservation, I recommend
calling the Hotel Reservations telephone line
as soon as possible to cancel or modify your stay. Per the cancellation policy, notification of cancellation must be received at least 5 days before the arrival date for a full refund.
Moreover, no-shows are nonrefundable. Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice of cancellation or change will be subject to fees equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus taxes and fees. Please review the cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation e-mail for more information.
