    I have checked in online, and plan to be at the parks at rope drop of my first day...do I have to go by the resort before my magic band will allow entry into the parks?

    Hi Lisa!

    It sounds like you are a woman with a plan!  I love it and am the very same way when I head to Walt Disney World.  I like to hit the parks running as soon as possible!

    You don't need to go to your resort first.  Your theme park tickets are linked to your Magic Band, so you should be good-to-go.  If you run into any trouble, just find a Cast Member, but you should be fine.  I have gone straight to the parks from the airport several times and never had any issues.
