    I just checked in online and we arrive on August 20/11. I will be staying at one of the WDW resorts and bought 7 day hopper passes as well. Do we really have to wait until 3pm on Aug 20th to receive our park passes?

    Hi Jeff!

    Hakuna matata. No worries! Upon arrival at your resort, you will be issued your Magic Your Way tickets and can head right for the parks. Your room may not be ready until 3:00 p.m. but your tickets will be ready for use!

    Mickey knows that guests sometimes want to begin playing at a theme park right away.

    Just go to the Front Desk at your WDW resort upon arrival to pick up your tickets. If your room is not ready yet, you'll be given a number to call to check on the status or you can pick up your room number upon your return to the resort.
