    I have checked out of the hotel on 12/15, but have not received my itemized receipt. How do I obtain one?

    Hi Linda! I hope you had the most amazing time during your recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Remember, it’s never too soon to start dreaming of your next vacation to The World’s Most Magical Place! I always find it a little difficult to leave my "happy place" so I'll often begin to loosely plan my "must-dos" for our next visit as soon as our vacation ends. It helps to kick the post-Disney vacation blues! 

    The easiest way to view your charges is to visit your My Disney Experience app. When you arrive at the app, tap the menu (three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner). When the tiles appear, tap the tile that states, “Resort Hotel.” Next, scroll down just a bit to the icon that looks like a folder entitled, “View Charges.”

    Linda, if you no longer have access to your resort reservation on your My Disney Experience app, you can call (407)-827-2220. A helpful Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort will be able to assist you with your billing-related questions.
