theme park reservation availability calendar. Tickets sold through those other platforms can sometimes have upcoming expiration dates, blockout dates or other stipulations.
From the details you shared, it sounds like you might have purchased the
2024 Military Promotional Ticket for your upcoming visit. These special offer tickets are valid through December 13, 2024, and the terms and conditions on the Disneyland Resort don't stipulate any specific blockout dates for these tickets. However, it's always important to confirm that there aren't any additional stipulations with the third-party vendor they were purchased through to confirm.
As a fellow Guest - just like you - I'm unable to access any specific details about your tickets, but one thing I would suggest trying if you haven't already is visiting the
My Plans hub. On this page, you should be able to check if there are already
theme park reservations made for your tickets. If not, it would be worth trying to make the reservations one more time through this page.
