Hi, I checked availability for October 8th and October 9th and it said the parks are available for reservation. But after I book the tickets, when I try to book theme park reservation - it says the park has reached its limit. How is that possible?

    Hello Sridharan,

It's great to see you here at planDisney. I hope you're getting excited for your visit to the Disneyland Resort.

It sounds like you're seeing an issue with making your theme park reservations. What I am wondering about, Sridharan, is the message that you mention you saw on your screen. I'm wondering if the message might have said something that indicated your ticket has reached its theme park reservation limit.

Here's why I mention this. The Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system is really taking care of two things for you when you purchase new theme park tickets as of May. First, the system is guiding you to select your theme park tickets (the number of days you want to visit the theme parks, the number of tickets you need, and the ticket type you want). Next, the system is guiding you to reserve your ticket dates. In this step, you're actually making your theme park reservations. After you reserve your ticket dates, the system is prompting you to select the theme parks for which you want to make your theme park reservations.

The Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system makes it convenient to complete two steps at the same time when buying new tickets -- making your theme park ticket purchase and making your theme park reservations.

It's possible, Sridharan, that you purchased your theme park tickets and made your theme park reservations. My suggestion is to take a look at your "My Theme Park Reservations" information to see if your theme park reservations are displayed.

If you find that you're still encountering some issues with the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system, my suggestion is to call the Disneyland Resort Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. You can speak with the friendly Cast Members to look into the issue more closely.

I'm hopeful, Sridharan, that you have your theme park tickets and theme park reservations all set up and ready to go. This means you can go and enjoy all that magic that's awaiting you at the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
