How can I check the value of an e ticket?

    Hey Danic!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by today!

Did you know that according to eTicket Terms & Conditions the amount paid for any wholly unused expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price? That means that if a ticket expires before you have a chance to visit, your eligible ticket amount may be used towards the purchase of a new ticket.

But how do you find out the value of your eTicket? There are a couple ways to check! First, you can simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth, or a Guest Relations location inside the theme park to and ask a Cast Member to check the value of your ticket for you. Of course, you’ll need to wait for the theme parks to reopen to do that. If you would like to know right away, you can contact Tickets Services at (714) 781-4636. They will ask for your ticket number and use it to determine the value of your ticket.

I hope this information was helpful! If you think of any more questions, please bring them to us here at planDisney!

    Have a Fantasmic Day!
