Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Diana!
There are a few things to check for to tell if your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket is still valid. First, check the expiration date which should be printed clearly on the ticket. Next, if you have a multi-day ticket, they typically expire within 13 days of the date of first use. So if you used the first day of your ticket more than two weeks ago, it is now probably expired. If you have a one-day ticket and visited for any amount of time on that one day, it is no longer a valid ticket. Finally, if you have a one-day ticket, the last thing to check is whether your ticket is for a value, regular, or peak day. Depending on the date you plan to visit and the type of one-day ticket you have, you may need to upgrade the ticket at a ticket booth before entering the parks. If you still have questions about the validity of your ticket, call the Tickets line at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can look up the status of your ticket.
If you need to purchase a new ticket, you can do so quickly and easily
online or on the
Disneyland app. With a valid eTicket, you can head directly to the park gates and bypass the ticket booths altogether. You will still be given a paper ticket at the gates to use for the duration of your trip or you can continue to gain entry with the ticket in your app.
I hope this helps. Have a magical day!
