how do i check a ticket

Anna, hello and welcome to planDisney. I'm so glad you've dropped by to chat about your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets.

You can start the process of checking the validity of a Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket by emailing ticket.usage(at)disneyworld.com. In the email you'll need to include the following:

    • Photograph or scan on the front and back of each ticket you wish to check
    • Your full name
    • Where and when the ticket was purchased
    • Purchaser's name and form of payment
    • Phone number
Try to keep the total email size with the attachments below 20 MB. If the email size is larger than that, it is okay to spit the information up into multiple emails. The process can take up to a total of 14 business days. I see that you live in Florida, Anna. If you are close by Walt Disney World it may be worth a drive to check on your tickets if you are hoping to use them sooner than that 14 business day window. You can have your tickets looked at any ticket window at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks or Water Parks, the concierge desks at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and at the Guest Relations location at Disney Springs

I hope this helps you get the ball rolling on checking into your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets. If you find out that your tickets still have remaining days and want help planning a magical Walt Disney World vacation, feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help!

    Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
